For me, real estate is about people first.

My journey into real estate began during a season of change in my own life as my children became older and I was ready for a new challenge. Shortly after becoming a REALTOR®, my oldest started looking to purchase her first home. I had the opportunity to guide her through the process, answer her questions, and learn alongside her. Watching her excitement as she received the keys to her home was the moment I realized how much I loved helping people achieve that same feeling.

That experience sparked my passion for helping first-time home buyers, but it also showed me something bigger: every buyer and seller deserves to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey.

I believe the best real estate decisions come from education, not pressure. My goal is never to sell someone a home just to make a sale. I want my clients to be truly happy with their decision and confident that they made the right choice for their future.

When working with buyers, I take the time to understand what they are looking for, their goals, and what fits comfortably within their budget. A lender’s pre-approval amount and a buyer’s comfortable monthly payment are not always the same, and I believe it is important to have those conversations early. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone—not a decision that creates financial stress.

For sellers, I bring a strong background in marketing, strategy, and client relations. Before real estate, I spent 20 years building relationships, helping clients, and creating marketing solutions. I use that experience to help showcase homes effectively while also taking the time to understand each seller’s story, goals, and priorities. Every home has a story, and my job is to help tell that story while protecting my clients’ best interests.

I am known by my clients as someone who is fun, patient, honest, straightforward, and protective. I treat my clients like friends, and I approach every transaction the way I would if I were helping my own family. I proudly serve Beaver Dam and surrounding Dodge County communities, including Waupun, Randolph, Fox Lake, Juneau, Lowell, and Reeseville. I love what these communities offer—small-town living with big-city conveniences nearby. From local businesses and restaurants to parks and community connections, Dodge County is a wonderful place to call home.
