What I collect
I only collect personal information when you send it through a form on this site. There is no newsletter signup.
The contact page asks for your name, email, phone, whether you are buying, selling, both, or just looking, and a message.
The home valuation page asks for your name, email, phone, property address, zip, and anything you want me to know about the home.
The digital card asks for your name, email, phone, whether you are buying, selling, both, or just looking, and a short message.
The homepage questions ask whether you are buying or selling, which area, a price range or a selling timeline, bedrooms when you are buying, whether you have talked to a lender, then your name, email, and optional phone.
If you email, call, or text me directly, I will have whatever you chose to send that way.
Why
So I can answer you and help with buying or selling. That is it. I do not use these forms for ads, and I do not run a mailing list off this site.
What I do not do
I do not sell or rent your information. I do not share it with anyone except as described below.
Who else sees something
When you submit a form, it is stored in my CRM, AgentPulse, so I can follow up. The site footer names Dr. Data Decision Intelligence LLC as the company behind AgentPulse. That is where the enquiry lives as a lead: name, email, phone if you gave one, and the notes from the form. A home valuation also stores the property address and zip, and is marked as a seller enquiry. If that email is already in my CRM, I keep the existing record instead of making a second one.
Netlify hosts this website. Like most hosts, it keeps ordinary server logs such as the time of a visit, the page requested, and an IP address. Google Analytics is not running on this site, so it is not measuring visits here.
The search page embeds a HomeStack property search. If you use that search, you are using HomeStack's product. Their terms and privacy policy apply to that window, not mine. The same is true if you open the Real Home Realty app link, which goes to HomeStack.
Some listing photos on the home page load from Zillow's servers. When your browser requests those pictures, Zillow can see that a visitor loaded this page, including an IP address and referrer. I do not send them your name or email.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Homes.com, Zillow, and Google Maps go to those companies. If you click them, you leave this site and their policies apply.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted here, not loaded from Google Fonts. There is no Facebook pixel and no live Google Analytics tag.
The HomeStack search on the search page is an iframe. HomeStack may set cookies in that window. I do not control those. If you only read other pages and never load Search, that iframe never runs.
Your browser may still keep ordinary session data it needs to show the page. That is not something I use to identify you.
How long
Enquiries stay in my CRM as long as I may reasonably need them to help you, and I will remove them if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email bridgetsellswi@gmail.com.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change.
